Terms and Conditions of McKenna Photography

Deposits (Retainers) and payment
The client shall pay a NON-Refundable retainer to McKennaPhotography to perform the services for the date and time between the client and McKenna Photography. The retainer shall be applied to the total and client shall pay the balance due ONE WEEK before the photo shoot unless otherwise discussed at the time of booking. Cancellation will result in loss of the retainer. In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified and your photo shoot will be rescheduled to another day agreed upon both the client and McKenna Photography.

Copyright and Reproductions
McKenna Photography owns all rights to images created by McKenna Photography. Images shall only be used for portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photography contests, art exhibits, website, Facebook and Instagram. The client shall not edit or alter the images in anyway as it is deemed unlawful in the state of South Carolina and North Carolina. When used on Facebook or Instagram client is to tag and properly credit McKenna Photography. McKenna Photography’s watermark shall not be removed by the client or any other party under any circumstances.

Injury
McKenna Photography shall not be held liable in the event of any accident or allergic reaction causing injury or death during or after a session in studio or outdoors. Client acknowledges that when shooting outside there is a probability of insect bites, and/or weather conditions that may result in injuries.
